Watershed conservation leaders are faced with multiple demands on their time and talents. Overwork and imbalance can lead to burnout. Whether you are an executive director, staff, board member, or volunteer, this workshop will help you assess your personal priorities and time management practices, recognize areas where you would like to have better balance, and identify changes you would like to make in order to achieve greater balance and satisfaction in your life and work.
