Executive Director Program - Instructors

Brad Webb, ICL Senior Program Associate, has worked extensively on organizational change and has considerable experience in program development and management of nonprofits. He has worked for numerous educational organizations, including Outward Bound as Director of Professional Development Programs. Brad was instrumental in the development of the Cascadia ED program.
Meredith Emmett, ICL Consultant, is President of Third Space Studio in Durham, NC, a consulting practice that facilitates the connections between people, ideas, and resources to transform inspiration into reality.  Meredith served thirteen years as the executive director of three nonprofits in the Southeastern U.S. through which she developed skills in fundraising, strategic planning, facilitation, board development, staff management, leadership development, and financial management.  She is also a Visiting Lecturer in nonprofit management and leadership at Duke University’s Sanford Institute of Public Policy.
