Tuition includes two workshops, coaching, support, materials, food, and lodging as following:

• 5-Day Executive Director Workshop. The initial Program workshop includes skill-building, experiential learning, interactive problem-solving, and action planning.
• 3-Day Leadership Team Workshop. The Program concludes with the 3-day Leadership Team Workshop for the executive director and one or more board members.
• The 500-page Executive Director Guidebook and other materials.
• Consulting or Coaching Time (8 hours) to help you apply new techniques, receive feedback to improve your effectiveness, and get expert guidance tailored to your organization and needs.
• A Peer Network and Regular Conference Calls for ongoing support and learning.
• Meals and Double Occupancy Lodging for the Executive Director at both workshops, and for board members at the team workshop.
