Transform your organization and its impact in this 6-month ICL intensive program.  The Vision to Impact Program offers an exciting opportunity for executive directors and leadership teams to look at your organization as a whole, pinpoint critical issues, and focus everything you do on achieving your aim.   

As a result of this program, 100% of our 2009 participants said their ability to make an impact is greater, and 100% would recommend it to others. (Based on post-program evaluations, with 80% of groups responding.)

Vision to Impact will guide your organization through a three-step process of 1) an organizational assessment involving the board and staff, 2) a 3-day, hands-on team workshop, and 3) follow-up support, peer learning, and consulting tailored to your organization's needs.

By the end of the program you will:

  • Build the strong leadership team that you need to successfully lead change 
  • Identify priority changes to take your organization to its next level
  • Know how to better align your business model, capacities, and strategy to achieve your vision
  • Improve your organization's effectiveness and efficiency, now and for the long haul
  • Create a “dashboard” of your organization’s success measures, so you can chart your growth and stay focused on results

Because ICL’s Vision to Impact Program focuses on the whole organization, team involvement is required.
